method of sucess: The SUCCESS of your event depends on five
basic phases:

Phase 2 - Design: Brainstorming discuss new, innovative ideas, targeted audiences,
purpose and mission of event.

Phase 3 - Planning: Match plan to specific events and objectives, set realistic time
lines, identify stakeholders, conduct marketing plan, and develop an RFP process for vendors and contractors.
- Phase 4 - Coordination: Contract
vendors, monitor services and delivery, manage committees, monitor room blocks, finalize food and beverage selections and
produce production schedules.
- Phase 5 - Evaluation: The second
most important phase! This phase is linked to research, goals and objectives. Develop
evaluation surveys and report on outcomes. Develop recommendations for future
events.
